In 2005, it was founded as a family holding company to manage the various personal holdings of Riccardo Ducoli. 3R Energia owns majority and/or minority participations in various companies operating in the energy sector in different fiels:

    • The Group's assets are mainly concentrated in Italy, Romania, Brasil, Belarus and Poland. The group is coordinated by a highly professional team with considerable experience in the fields of engineering, construction, plant management and in the legal and financial fields.
